Cocktails

The cocktails we make are all inspired in some way by our travels to the East Asia and Japan. Whether it's the spirits we use, such as Sake and Japanese whisky, our home made liqueurs and syrups, or even our cocktail garnishes, all of which ultimately come back to East Asia and Japan.

Japanese Whisky

Japanese Whisky is making waves throughout the industry at the moment, the dedication and attention to detail that the master distillers use are second to none, and with that it is becoming increasingly more difficult to source. We take pride in offering some of the best and rarest Japanese Whiskies available in the UK and have one of the largest collections in Manchester. With the help of our suppliers and the drinks reps our staff are knowledgeable and will be able to assist you in choosing the right whisky!

Beers

Our fridges are full of an ever changing selection of craft beers and ciders along side your big name brands such as Corona and Estrella. So whether you're after a lager, pale ale, or even a sour there's something for you. On draught we offer Japan's number one selling lager Asahi, Amstel, two local ales from Manchester brewers Shindigger, as well as a rotation line so there's something new to try every week!

The Venue

The bar is open until Midnight Sunday to Wednesday and 3am Thursday to Saturday. "Club Skeleton" and its array of emo, pop punk and alt anthems reigns supreme on a Thursday night; whilst Hip Hop and r'n'b dominates the sound track to our Fridays and Saturdays.

As a late night venue we tend to get busy later in the evening so we recommend ringing ahead and putting yourself on our guest list to avoid disappointment. Whilst guest list is free, we also offer some booths and drinks packages which you can find on the bottle menu. Bookings include queue jump, a table for the entire evening, plus a drinks package of your choice.

Opening Times -
Monday to Wednesdays 4pm-12am
Thursdays 4pm - 3am
Friday and Saturday 4pm- 3am
Sunday 5pm-Midnight

Due to our opening times we can be fairly flexible with events and parties, in the past we have been able to use the bar for filming and photo shoots before we open to the general public, if this is something you are interested in please ring or email. Alternatively, if you are looking at a full venue hire out/space to hire out for an evening please get in touch and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
